"When we purchased our lot at the Cliffs Valley, we did not intend to build for a few years. After a couple of months, we realized that we wanted to take advantage of what the Cliff Communities offfered and decided to go ahead. At that point, we had the daunting task of choosing a builder. We asked for recommendations from the long list received from the Cliffs. We met with 8 different builders on one weekend trip and then narrowed the field to three whom we met with again to discuss our plans in more detail. We both felt comfortable and confident in choosing Peery Homes to build our new home.

Jon Peery and his team were responsive, supportive and informative. I was particularly impressed that Jon was very helpful with the questions that we asked. He thought through each part of the building process with us to ensure that we did not leave anything out. He made recommendations when he thought them appropriate and necessary but was always considerate of our feelings and desires for the house.

All of the Peery team and his subs were polite, hard working and quality people. They took great pride in the job they performed. The job site was organized and picked up. We were kept informed about the progress of the building and did not worry that we were not on site to supervise. When the work done did not meet his high standard, Jon had his team redo it. The end result is a superb house at a reasonable cost. This is a combination which not only impressed us but has impressed two friends who have chosen Peery Homes to build their homes and another who will do so when he decides to build.
